Crazy Holidays

When I was at work the other day, one of the librarians called me asking me to look in a reference book for her. She was writing a newsletter for her dept. and wanted some "filler" stuff. We have this book called 'Chase's Calendar of Events' that lists what holiday there is on each day of the year. I just wanted to give you guys a heads up on what there is to celebrate in October!

October 2 - World Farm Animals Day
October 4 - National Toot Your Flute Day
October 5 - World Smile Day
October 10 - Tuxedo Day
October 12 - National World Egg Day
October 14 - National Be Bald and Be Free Day
October 15 - National Grouch Day
October 16 - Dictionary Day
October 17 - National Mulligan Day
October 19- Buck's Birthday
October 20 - Shampoo Day
October 22- Reptile Awareness Day
October 23- Mother-in-Law Day
October 24 - National Bologna Day
October 27 - Cranky Co-workers Day
October 28 - Bring Your Jack-O-Lantern to Work Day
October 30 - Haunted Refrigerator Day
