Lately whenever I try to study, I keep drifting off. This morning I was reading through some PDF articles on my computer and I just couldn't stay focused and alert.
However, when I decided to give myself a break and look at blogs, suddenly I was awake and ready to read blog after blog.

Also, I have the selective fatigue too. I sit down to write an IEP and I can barely keep my eyes open but as soon as I start cruising blogs or other web sites I'm wide awake!
yes I have to look at my blogs first thing at work or I'll be falling asleep.... I don't get it, do you get it? we all need help!
